If you like the most tender and airy cottage cheese casserole – there are two ways. The first and familiar one is to add whipped whites. The second is to prepare a casserole based on milk. I'm telling you how to do it better!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Semolina - 100 g
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk the whites to persistent peaks.
Rub the yolks with honey and grated cottage cheese until smooth.
Pour the semolina with milk and leave for 15 minutes.
Gently mix all the ingredients, put the mass into a mold and cook the casserole in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
