Neutral yogurt without additives or with light flavors, like vanilla, is best suited for cooking rice porridge. It is especially successful if you cook this yogurt at home. But with the store it turns out quite well.
Ingredients
- Fig - 1 glass
- Yogurt - 1 glass
- Water - 2 glasses
- Ground cinnamon - 1 pinch
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Sugar Substitute - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice until transparent.
Mix water, yogurt, spices and sahzam, and pour rice.
Cook the porridge over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is boiled.
