Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until they are half cooked and cut into small cubes.
Slice the ham in the same way. Fry for a couple of minutes, add the minced meat and fry for another 3 minutes. Season to taste.
Mix the minced meat with ham, potatoes and sour cream, and put it in a mold.
