- Chicken legs - 800 g
- Berries - 400 g
- Apples - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Orange juice - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix oil, soy sauce, spices, chopped chili, garlic and orange juice.
Marinate the chicken for 40 minutes.
Put it in a mold, put it around the berries and put a whole or sliced apple in the middle.
Put the dish under foil in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
