Chop the mushrooms and peeled onions. Grate the cheese.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Separately in a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown.
Add butter, cream, milk, spices and salt. Stir until smooth and simmer for 5 minutes.
Put the fried mushrooms in the prepared pots.
Add the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
