Ingredients
- Tartlets - 1 packaging
- Beef tongue (boiled) – 160 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 2 art.l.
- Pickled mushrooms - 4-5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the tongue in advance, peel and finely chop.
Boil a hard-boiled egg and chop it finely too.
Chop the cucumber and mushrooms, and season everything with mayonnaise.
Put the filling in the tartlets.
