There are so many variations on the theme of classical Caesar that it is impossible to count them. This time I suggest cooking it with mussels. If you wish, you can take them in the shells – I will tell you how to boil them and what to do with them.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the water and boil the mussels for 5 minutes until the shells open. Throw away the undisclosed ones.

Cut the baguette into cubes and fry in a dry frying pan until golden.

Finely chop the bacon and fry separately until golden brown.

Put everything on salad leaves and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Take any favorite Caesar dressing.
