Sometimes I want to take a break from experimentation and return to the classics. For example, this is cranberry jam. A bright aroma, a rich shade, a pleasant sweet and sour taste, and even a slight astringency is incredibly appropriate here. Cooking is easy!
Ingredients
- Cranberries - 800 g
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the cranberries with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil and cook the jam for 15 minutes on low heat.
You can add spices to taste.
Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
