Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples and lemons into thin slices. Lemons should be scalded with boiling water first.
Cover the fruit with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes.
Let the jam cool and boil again for 7 minutes.
And again. And then spread the hot amber jam on dry sterilized jars.
