What a wonderful way to preserve the taste and aroma of fresh grapes! Wonderful, and at the same time – the most original. Even if you haven't tried pickled grapes with vinegar yet, I strongly advise you to roll up at least a couple of jars. Juicy sweet berry becomes spicy and sour.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the grapes, tear them off the twigs and put them in clean, dry jars.

Pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes under the lids.

Drain this water, add the remaining ingredients and boil the marinade for 3 minutes.

Pour back and roll up the grapes for the winter.
