Ingredients
- Flour - 100 g
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Water - 40 ml
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Mozzarella - 80 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Gorgonzola cheese - 50 g
- Tomato sauce - 2 art.l.
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix butter, water and yolk, add salt and flour.
Spread the dough on the bottom of the pan and brush with tomato sauce.
Peel the tomato, grate and mix with herbs and spices to taste. Put it on top.
Spread all the grated and crumbled cheese on the surface.
Cook the pizza under the lid for about 15 minutes on low heat.
