- Flour - 600 g
- Dry yeast - 8 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 70 g
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Water (warm) – 300 ml
- Butter - 40 g
- Vegetable oil - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
Add salt, egg and melted butter.
Add the sifted flour in small portions and knead the dough.
Lubricate the surface of the dough with vegetable oil, cover with cling film and remove for 2.5-3 hours in a warm place.
Roll out the cake 2-3 centimeters thick, squeeze out the donuts with a glass or a special cutting.
Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
