- Pink salmon - 1 piece
- Frozen vegetables - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the fish into large pieces and put it in a mold.
Arrange the frozen vegetables around and sprinkle everything with olive oil.
Sprinkle the pink salmon with vegetables with spices and bake in the oven for 20 minutes under foil at 180 degrees.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
