Of all the ways to cook stewed pork ribs, I want to share with you this particular option with prunes. It gives the dish a special piquant taste, which cannot be achieved with spices alone. All loved ones will be pleasantly surprised!
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 800 g
- Prunes - 100 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Meat broth (or water) – 1 glass
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 teeth
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ribs and fry until browned for about 20 minutes, turning over. Put it aside.
Fry the chopped onion in the same pan for about 7 minutes.
Pour boiling water over the prunes for 10 minutes, dry, chop and send to the onion.
Fry for another 5 minutes and return the ribs back.
Pour in the broth and simmer everything under the lid until the meat is soft.
5 minutes before the end, add spices and garlic.
