Most likely, you have never tried a sweet omelet. Many do not even know about the existence of such a dish. Nevertheless, it is there and is quite often served in French cafes. Catch a simple recipe for cottage cheese omelet with blueberries!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the blueberries and put them on a paper towel to dry.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind in a blender.

Add sour cream, baking powder and mix.

Lightly beat the eggs with vanilla sugar.

Mix egg and cottage cheese blanks, add flour. Mix the mixture well until smooth.

Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it up.

Pour in the prepared mass and fry for 1.5 minutes over medium heat.

Turn down the heat and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.

Spread the blueberries evenly, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cover with a lid. Cook everything together for 4 minutes.

You can serve an omelet with toppings, fresh fruit and whipped cream.
