Ingredients
- Cabbage - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 400 g
- Carrots - 400 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 60 ml
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Allspice - 6 peas
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cabbage and peeled bell pepper into strips.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Add spices, sugar and salt. Stir, slightly kneading the vegetables with your hands.
Put the pan on low heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Pour in the oil, vinegar and boil for another 5 minutes.
Put the hot salad in sterilized jars, roll it up and wrap it with a warm towel for a day.
