  • Salt - 65 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil 1.5 liters of water and 65 g of salt, and pour the sloe for 45 minutes. Drain this water.

Boil 1.2 liters of water, add 5 tablespoons of salt and the rest of the spices, and boil for a couple of minutes.

Put the blackthorn in sterile jars, pour this brine and tie them with folded gauze or linen napkins.

Leave the workpiece for 3-4 hours at room temperature.

Put it in the refrigerator for 10-12 days.

Rinse the turn and put it back in the jars.

Fill with oil, cover with lids and store in a cold place.
