Ingredients
- Young zucchini - 3 kg
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Garlic - 80 gr
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Sugar - 200 gr
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash all the vegetables well. Cut the zucchini into plates. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the garlic. Cut the bell pepper into 4 pieces.
Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and cut into half rings. Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder to get tomato juice.
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add vegetable oil and sugar, salt. Leave the salad for 20 minutes, mix well and put on a small fire.
Cook the salad until it boils, add vinegar and simmer for another 10 minutes.
We pour the finished salad into jars and store it in a cool place.
