- String beans - 5 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Dill - 5 umbrellas
- Black Pepper - 5 peas
- Apple cider vinegar - 250 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 220 g
- Water - 5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the string beans from coarse fibers, cut off the edges. Cut the long pods into pieces no larger than the height of the jar.
Pour the beans into boiling water, boil for 5 minutes and discard in a colander.
Place dill, peeled garlic cloves and beans in prepared jars.
Boil water with sugar, salt and black pepper.
Pour the marinade into the jars and sterilize for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the jars from the sterilization bath, add vinegar and roll up.
