Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix eggs with salt and beat lightly with a fork or whisk.

Pour in half the milk and mix until smooth.

Add the sifted flour in small portions and knead everything again.

Pour the remaining milk into a bowl, adjusting the thickness of the dough. Mix everything together.

Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it well. Pour a little dough and spread evenly over the entire surface.

Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the same with the rest of the test.

Chop the mushrooms, spinach and peeled onion.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and brown the onion.

Add the mushrooms and fry until tender.

Add sour cream, spinach and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

Add salt, pepper and remove from heat.

Put the filling in the pancakes and wrap it the way you like. I recommend serving it hot.
