For this recipe, I highly recommend boiling the potatoes in advance so that they have time to cool down. Because the filling in the raw dough should not be hot. And to make the puffs even tastier, we'll add some of our favorite mushrooms to the potatoes.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mash boiled potatoes in mashed potatoes with half the butter.

In the remaining oil, fry the finely chopped mushrooms and onions until tender.

Mix mushrooms with potatoes and season.

Roll out the dough thinly, cut into squares and put the filling on each.

Pinch the corners on top with an envelope. Brush the puffs with egg whipped with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees.
