Such khachapuri vaguely resembles pizza, but still there is a completely different dough, and in general the cooking technology is different. Unlike recipes with exclusively cheese filling, tomatoes make the dish juicier and slightly less greasy.

Ingredients

For the test:
  • Matsoni - 350 ml
  • Butter - 80 g
  • Flour - 450 g
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the matzoni, salt, soda, sugar and melted butter.

Add the sifted flour, knead the dough and leave for 20 minutes.

Divide it into pieces and roll it into tortillas.

Place tomato slices on each tortilla.

Cover with grated suluguni and Adyghe cheese.

Cook khachapuri for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
