Everyone in my family loves pizza, so I cook it often. We even started a tradition of trying a new recipe every Saturday. Today I want to share my recent discovery: cheese pizza with pineapples and olives. It's a complete delight!
Ingredients
- Flour - 400 g
- Fresh yeast - 15 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water (warm) – 120 ml
- Sauce (bechamel) – 3 art.l.
- Pineapple (canned) – 150 g
- Olives (without a bone) – half a can
- Mozzarella - 200 g
- Parmesan - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Crumble the fresh yeast into warm water. Add sugar, 2 tbsp flour and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Sift the remaining flour, add salt, sourdough, olive oil and knead a soft dough. Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Grate mozzarella and parmesan. Cut the olives and pineapple as you like.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake, put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Grease the billet with sauce, spread the cheese, pineapples and olives evenly. Leave a little parmesan for serving.
Bake the pizza for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Put the finished dish on a serving board and sprinkle with parmesan.
