What do you associate with home comfort? I have an order, beautiful flowers on the windowsills and the aroma of fresh pastries. Alternatively, you can make croissants with vanilla cottage cheese. It's fast, simple and very tasty, because the recipe uses ready-made dough!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Defrost the dough at room temperature.

Chop the cottage cheese in a blender or pass it through a sieve.

Add the yolk, vanilla essence, sugar and sour cream. Mix everything well.

Cut the dough into triangles of the same size.

Put a little cottage cheese on the wide edge of each.

Turn the edges inside so that the filling does not leak out. Carefully roll up loose rolls.

Place the future croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Keep in mind that they will greatly increase in volume.

Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees, and then another 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Sprinkle the finished croissants with powdered sugar.
