This recipe is relevant at any time of the year. Even in winter, green onions can be bought in stores, in markets and just in the transition from hands. Boil the eggs, knead the soft dough and prepare delicious pies. The household will appreciate your efforts!
Ingredients
- Flour - 500 g
- Dry yeast (high–speed) - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Green onion - 150 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
Add lightly beaten eggs, warm milk and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Knead the dough.
Cover the top with a towel and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Finely chop the green onions and the eggs peeled from the shell.
Put everything in a bowl, add salt and mix.
Knead the dough slightly and divide it into 14 identical pieces.
Roll out small tortillas from each piece.
Put a little filling in the center, seal the edges tightly and give a rounded shape.
Fry the pies in a preheated frying pan with oil for 4 minutes on each side.
