Despite the fact that the dough is prepared with fresh yeast, the recipe pleasantly surprises with its simplicity. Milk and cottage cheese require a little, but they must be fat. For such recipes, I always try to buy farm dairy products.
Ingredients
- Flour - 600 g
- Fresh yeast - 15 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Cottage cheese (bold) – 150 g
- Milk (warm) – 150 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix and remove to a warm place for 10 minutes.
Mix the sifted flour, sourdough, egg, salt and cottage cheese grated through a sieve.
Knead the dough, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Knead the dough slightly, form small balls of the same size and place on a board sprinkled with flour. The blanks should lie down for 15-20 minutes.
Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown.
