An original and interesting curd cake is obtained on the basis of corn flour. You can make it sweeter and add dried fruits, or season it to taste with nutmeg and ginger – as you want in the process.

- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Corn flour - 1.5 glasses
- Apples - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese and beat with a mixer with eggs.
Add honey, vegetable oil and grated apples, and mix.
Add corn flour, knead the dough, put it in a mold and bake the cupcake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
