In our family, everyone loves pancakes, respectively, we cook them often. I recently tried a recipe with cabbage. Moreover, she added two types to the dough at once: colored and white. The last one came across to me a little harsh, so I had to stretch it slightly.
Ingredients
- Cabbage (white) – 200 g
- Cauliflower - 200 g
- Kefir (warm) – 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 80 g
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences and boil in salted water until tender.
Chop the boiled cabbage in a blender.
Chop the white cabbage into thin strips and mash it slightly with your hands.
Mix both types of cabbage, eggs, salt and ground pepper.
Mix warm kefir with soda and pour it into a bowl with the billet.
Add the sifted flour and mix until smooth.
Spoon small islands of dough into a preheated frying pan with oil. Fry for 1.5-2 minutes on each side and put on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
