- Kefir (bold) – 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 200 g
- Vanilla Essence - 2 drops
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs lightly with sugar and salt.
In a separate container, mix warm kefir and soda.
Pour the beaten eggs into kefir, add vanilla essence and sifted flour. Stir the mixture until smooth.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry until golden brown on both sides.
