You can cook donuts with any jam, but I most often use strawberry. It should first be crushed in a blender or passed through a meat grinder. Try my favorite recipe! I guarantee you will like it!
Ingredients
- Flour - 600 g
- Fresh yeast - 20 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Milk - 100 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Butter - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 400 ml
- Jam - 150 g
- Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a small saucepan, mix milk and water.
Add vanilla sugar, fresh yeast and 2 tbsp flour. Remove the workpiece for 10 minutes in a warm place.
Mix the sifted flour, lightly beaten eggs, honey, sourdough and melted butter.
Knead the dough, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Lightly knead the dough, roll out the cake 2-3 centimeters thick and squeeze out the doughnuts with a glass. They should lie down at room temperature for 20-30 minutes and rise a little.
Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
Using a pastry syringe, fill the donuts with jam, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
