Did you know that a lush pizza can be cooked in a frying pan? This is a great option when the oven is not working or you just don't want to turn it on. I advise you to use a frying pan with a thick bottom, non-stick coating and a tight lid.
Ingredients
- Flour - 300 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for lubrication) – 3 art.l.
- Ham - 80 g
- Mozzarella - 80 g
- Tomatoes (average) – 1 piece
- Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp.l.
- Arugula (for submission) – 10 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly beat the egg with salt, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Add the sifted flour, baking soda and knead the dough, greasing the table and hands with vegetable oil.
Cut ham into thin slices, mozzarella into circles, chop tomatoes.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake along the diameter of the frying pan.
Lubricate the bottom and sides of the pan with vegetable oil, lay out the workpiece.
Brush the dough with tomato sauce, spread mozzarella, tomatoes and ham on top.
Cover with a lid and put the frying pan on medium heat. After 3 minutes, reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for another 10-12 minutes.
Decorate the finished pizza with sprigs of fresh arugula.
