It is believed that the first tuna salads were cooked in America. Since then, several hundred different recipes on this topic have appeared. Today I'm telling you one of the simplest: you will need a salad mix, cucumbers, tomatoes and purple onions.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Cucumbers - 200 g
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the tuna meat from the jar and mash it well with a fork.
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers and peeled onions.
Peel the egg from the shell and cut it into four longitudinal parts.
Mix salad mix, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, salt, ground pepper and oil.
Put the salad on a plate, add tuna meat and chopped eggs on top.
