- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 5 pieces
- Carrots - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
- Butter - 40 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the eggs from the shell and cut in half.
Grate carrots, peel onions and finely chop.
Put the onion in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
Add the carrots and continue cooking until soft.
Put eggs, fried vegetables, butter and mustard in the blender bowl.
Add salt, ground pepper and grind until smooth.
