For this salad, first of all, different sprouts and more are needed. Frozen mussels will do – then I'll tell you how to fry them properly. With all the simplicity of the recipe, the dish will turn out delicious and beautiful at the same time.
Ingredients
- Mussels - 250 g
- Sesame oil - 1 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Curry - 0.5 tsp.
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Sprouted mash - 2 handfuls
- Sprouted soy - 2 handfuls
- Sprouted grains - 2 handfuls
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the mussels, without defrosting, in sesame oil for just a couple of minutes.
Season the curry and pour soy sauce over it. Add garlic or chili if desired.
Remove the mussels from the heat and add to the sprouts when they cool down a little.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the salad.
