- Quail eggs - 6 pieces
- Spinach - 1 bundle
- Salad mix - 60 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard–boiled quail eggs - about 4-5 minutes after boiling.
Let them cool in cold water, peel off the shell and cut in half.
Rinse and randomly chop all the greens, cut the cherry into quarters, and pepper into strips.
Gently mix the ingredients and season the salad with olive oil and spices.
