Cook this salad once and you will love it forever. Surprisingly harmonious, fragrant and light, it does not leave anyone indifferent. Soy sauce is not necessary to add, but thanks to it, the dish acquires a certain piquancy.
Ingredients
- Korean carrots - 400 g
- Prunes (without a bone) – 6 pieces
- Apples (large) – 1 piece
- Peanuts - handful
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apple, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Wash the prunes with boiling water, dry and chop.
Dry the peanuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Mix Korean carrots, apples and prunes.
Add salt, ground pepper, vegetable oil and mix.
Pour soy sauce over the finished salad and sprinkle with peanuts.
