Surely you have seen original desserts more than once, from which a sweet filling flows when cut. You can cook such an amazing delicacy at home. I'm telling you a simple recipe for chocolate fondue. The whole cooking process will take no more than 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- Bitter chocolate - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 75 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Mint (for decoration) – 3 twigs
- Powdered sugar (for decoration) – 2 art.l.
- Raspberry (for decoration) – 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a deep bowl, put the chocolate broken into pieces and the chopped butter.
Warm up the products in a water bath until they completely melt.
Beat eggs with sugar until a light mass is formed.
Add flour and mix gently.
Add the warm chocolate-butter liquid and mix until smooth.
Pour the dough into greased silicone molds and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. A thin crust and small craters in the middle should form.
Decorate the finished cakes with raspberries, mint and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
