- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Pineapple - 400 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Send the coarsely chopped fruit in the freezer in advance for a couple of hours.
Freeze coconut milk, but literally 20 minutes.
Put everything in a blender and whisk until smooth. Arrange them into molds.
Put the ice cream in the freezer for another half hour and serve.
