If most of the cheesecakes in cafes and shops are too sweet for you, try to cook this lemon version yourself. Moreover, the recipe is very simple, and even prepared in a slow cooker with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 360 g
- Brown Sugar (or substitute) – 60 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Starch - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the whites and whisk to peaks with a pinch of salt.
Whisk the cottage cheese with sugar and yolks. Add lemon juice, zest, starch and vanilla.
Gently mix both masses with a spatula and put them in a bowl of a slow cooker.
Cook the cheesecake for 70 minutes in baking mode.
Leave it on for another 15-20 minutes without opening the lid.
