- Cookies (sand) – 270 g
- Butter - 80 g
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Yogurt (berry) – 300 g
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Water - 70 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Cream (33-35%) – 190 ml
- White chocolate - 150 g
- Cottage cheese - 215 g
- Cream (33-35%) – 100 ml
- Gelatin - 5 g
- Water - 25 ml
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind cookies in a blender, mix with melted butter, tamp them into a mold and put them in the refrigerator.
For the berry layer, dilute the gelatin in water according to the instructions.
Whisk cottage cheese with vanilla and yogurt.
Whisk the cream until fluffy, gradually adding sugar.
Combine both masses, mix gently, add gelatin and mix again.
Pour on the cake and put it in the refrigerator so that the layer freezes a little.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Dilute the gelatin for the second layer in water.
Mix cottage cheese, cream, sugar and lemon juice with a mixer.
Pour in the gelatin and mix again.
Add the chocolate and mix again.
Pour this mass on the previous layer and put the cheesecake in the refrigerator until it hardens.
