I have several favorite and completely different sour cream recipes, among which I choose according to the mood and wishes of the household. This option on kefir is one of them. Such a homemade treat for tea is always tastier than any store-bought cake.
Ingredients
For cakes:
- Kefir - 500 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Flour - 2 glasses
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Cocoa - 3 art.l.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
For cream:
- Sour cream (20%) – 1.5 glasses
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Sugar - 0.5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk eggs, kefir and both types of sugar with a whisk.
Add the sifted dry ingredients and mix the dough.
Bake cakes 10-15 mm thick in turn, pouring the dough into the mold. 5-7 minutes per cake in the oven at 180 degrees.
Beat the ingredients for the cream with a mixer until fluffy.
Smear the cakes and collect the sour cream.
