For this beautiful green salad, choose the same beautiful medium-sized chanterelles. I advise you to fry the mushrooms whole – it takes a little longer, but it looks much more spectacular. Simple and quick everyday recipe!
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (chanterelles) – 250 g
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Mint - 0.5 beam
- Basil - 0.5 beam
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the chanterelles until tender for about 15-20 minutes, stirring.
During this time, cut the cherry, grate the cheese and randomly chop all the greens.
Mix the salad and pepper. Season it with olive oil and balsamic.
