Do you want to surprise your guests with a delicious treat? Prepare a layered salad with chicken, mushrooms and green onions. You can collect it in portions or on one large dish. In any case, it turns out very tasty and beautiful!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 250 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 1 piece
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Champignons (pickled) – 150 g
- Green onion - 2 stems
- Parsley - 1 twig
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the chicken fillet and green onion.
Peel potatoes, carrots and eggs, grate.
Cut the pickled mushrooms lengthwise into thin plates.
Using a cooking ring, put a layer of potatoes on a plate.
Season with salt and pepper and add a layer of carrots.
Mix the chopped fillet with mayonnaise and spread evenly with the next layer.
Add the eggs, salt and pepper again.
Lay out a layer of green onions, garnish with pickled mushrooms and parsley leaves on top.
