Ingredients
- Crab meat - 300 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Red cabbage - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Mango - 1-2 pieces
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Radish - 150 g
- Celery - 2 stems
- Peanuts - 4 tbsp.l.
- Hot red pepper - 2 pinches
- Lime juice - 2 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice mango, radish and celery. Grate the carrots on a Korean grater.
Chop the crab meat, chop the cabbage and salad mix.
Finely chop the onion, add the peeled roasted peanuts and mix the salad.
Season with hot pepper and sprinkle with lime juice. Add oil as desired.
