This is one of those salads where slicing is just as important as the composition. Sea cocktail, salmon and all other ingredients need to be finely chopped, as for tartare. The dish is served exactly on the same principle – with the help of a serving ring.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 200 g
- Sea cocktail (canned) – 200 g
- Pickled cucumbers (gherkins) – 4 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Fish caviar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut all the ingredients into as small a cube as possible.
Season the salad, sprinkle with lemon juice and put on plates.
Serve it with a spoonful of fish caviar.
