Peel boiled beets, potatoes and carrots. Remove the husks from the bulbs.
Cut cucumbers, beets, carrots, potatoes and onions into small cubes.
Heat half of the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
In a deep bowl, mix the chopped vegetables, fried onions, salt and vegetable oil.
Gently mix the salad with a spoon. Try not to make unnecessary movements so as not to crush the soft vegetables.
