The perfect snack for beer or other drinks is fried shrimp. I prefer to deep-fry them because it's faster and more convenient. And they also turn out to be just neater and more beautiful. To prevent the shrimp from being too greasy, it is enough to put them on paper napkins for a short time.
Ingredients
- Shrimp (cleared) – 200 g
- Flour - 70 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Breadcrumbs - 100 g
- Yogurt - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk the egg, yogurt and spices with a whisk until smooth.
Dip each shrimp in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry them until golden for a couple of minutes and put them on paper towels.
