It is not necessary to cook a hot dog with mayonnaise. For example, I use pickle sauce much more often. It is prepared simply and quickly, and hot dogs with it turn out much tastier. I'm sure this recipe will appeal to all lovers of pickles!
Ingredients
For Hot Dogs:
- Bun - 3 pieces
- Sausages - 3 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Mustard - to taste
- Ketchup - to taste
For sauce:
- Cucumbers (salty) – 200 g
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the pickles in a blender.
Add olive oil, sugar, garlic passed through the press and mix.
Peel the purple onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Cut the bun lengthwise so that the opposite side remains intact.
Grease the inside with ketchup and put the sausage.
Add mustard, purple onion and pickle sauce. Repeat the steps with the remaining buns and filling.
