One of my favorite vegetarian snacks is fast, simple, delicious and satisfying. Sprinkle with chopped herbs – and no one can resist such beauty. I tell you what kind of vegetables you can stuff the caps of champignons and how much to bake them.
Ingredients
- Champignons (large) – 8 pieces
- Tomatoes - 0.5 pieces
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Potatoes - 0.5 pieces
- Mozzarella - 70 g
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into very small cubes and fill with water.
Separate the legs of the champignons, peel and also finely chop.
Chop the tomato, pepper, garlic and herbs, and mix with the legs and potatoes.
Season the filling, mix again and carefully fill the mushroom caps. Place a small slice of mozzarella on top.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with vegetable oil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
