We all love the salad "Herring under a fur coat" and cook it for almost all holidays. I suggest you pack your favorite ingredients in a new and original packaging in the form of rolls.

Pre-boil vegetables, cool and peel. You can buy a whole herring and mill it yourself by removing the bones, you can buy a ready-made fillet. I don't like too salty fish, so I choose a salty one.

Prepare the base for the rolls. Take a plastic wrap and spread a small piece on the table. So you can easily wrap the salad in a roll.

Pre-grate all the vegetables on a fine grater, cut the onion into small rings, grate the egg. Cut the fish into strips. Form a salad.

Put the first layer of beets, smear with mayonnaise. Put the second layer of potatoes, smear with mayonnaise. Put the third layer of carrots, smear with mayonnaise. The fourth layer is an egg and greens, smear with mayonnaise. The last layer is a fillet of fish.

Roll the salad into a roll using plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take out the roll, cut it into portions, put it on a tray and garnish with herbs on top.
